Above date is for all who wish to improve their fitness levels.Elements are CV fitness, Speed and Agility and basic Strength and Conditioning.
Each session shold last no longer than 60 mins you should bring hydration and minimum 80g carbs for end of session or energy drink.
These sessions are open to both Hilfoots and Alloa Senior clubs who Clacks are associated, with if you think you can run alongside the young guns???
All sesions start at 7pm with warm up and end with warm down.
