Despite starting the game with only 14 men,this was a tremendous display from the 2nd's.Playing in the same atrocious conditions as the 1st's,the twos kicked off with the elements in their favour.The extra man was causing the visitors problems and as with the 1st XV,'Foots couldn't turn the pressure into points.Gregor Manson missed with his first to attempts at goal,before Gordonians opened the scoring with a well struck penalty.

Worse was to follow for 'Foots with the loss of Stevie Scott and Ross Jamieson to injuries.Down to 12 men it wasn't long before the homeside had rumbled over the line for a converted score.Shortly afterwards the homeside extended their lead after creating an overlap.Not to be outdone 'Foots bounced back with a well worked try of their own.The forwards created good ball from a series of pick and go's,eventually creating enough space for Chris Beetham to side step his way over.Gregor Manson converted.Gordonians finished off the scoring with another converted try after 'Foots had run out numbers.
